Presign FILE uploads

Record must already exist. Returns PUT URLs (600s). Does not enqueue Automations and does not write the cell. Requires `tables:write`.

POST/tables/{tableId}/records/{recordId}/files/{columnName}/presign

Authorization

AuthorizationRequiredBearer <token>

Authorization: Bearer onn_live_…. Prefix lookup (first 12 characters) plus argon2id. Scopes are tables:read and tables:write (write implies read).
