List records

Stable order is `created_at desc, id desc`. Equality filters use `?{ColumnName}=eq.{urlencodedValue}` on stored non-computed columns. Computed, FILE, REFERENCE, MULTISELECT, and LONGTEXT filters return 400 `filter.unsupported`.

Authorization: Bearer onn_live_…. Prefix lookup (first 12 characters) plus argon2id. Scopes are tables:read and tables:write (write implies read).
