Update a record

Partial `{ fields }`. Empty diff returns the current record and does not enqueue. Otherwise enqueues Automations `record.updated`. FILE JSON is rejected except `[]` to clear. Delete of a row does not fire Automations; this PATCH does.

Authorization: Bearer onn_live_…. Prefix lookup (first 12 characters) plus argon2id. Scopes are tables:read and tables:write (write implies read).
