Artifacts
Tables, pages, Canvas, forms, and images — durable outputs you keep in the workspace.
Artifacts
Artifacts are durable outputs the workspace keeps: tables, pages, Canvas, forms, and images. Agents build with you; members open them from the library and panels.
Where in the product
Browse under workspace or project scopes. Open a table, page, canvas, form, or image gallery from the library — not from a separate “modules” product.
What’s in the library
| Artifact | Job (one line) | Depth in these docs |
|---|---|---|
| Tables | Structured data the workspace owns | Spine+ below |
| Pages | Longform publishing / narrative docs | Spine+ below |
| Canvas | Showcase & portal HTML surfaces | Full → |
| Forms | Public intake into tables (or audit-only) | Full → |
| Images | Visual deliverables in the image library | Spine+ below |
Tables (Spine+)
Tables hold structured records, views, and fields. Agents and operators edit data; canvases can bind to tables for live dashboards and bounded portal writes. Treat tables as the database surface — not a general admin UI for collab viewers.
Pages (Spine+)
Pages are for publishing composed writing (narrative docs), with hierarchy, references, and optional public /p/ links. They are not live data dashboards — showcase and interactive portals belong on Canvas. A page may embed a live canvas view as the bridge between narrative and showcase.
Images (Spine+)
Images are library rows (generated or collection upload) with a gallery panel for browse, rename, project bind, and download. Chat attachments do not automatically enter the library unless you add them there.
