Routines
Task-routines only — the scheduler for Work that will fire later.
Routines
Routines are the scheduler: rules for work that will fire later. They are task-routines only — each fire mints (or materializes) Work. They are not a second project-management product and not function-routines.

How to use it
- Create a routine with a Task instruction or a Blueprint attachment.
- Set the schedule; activate when you want it to fire.
- Watch Next scheduled previews in the Work browser (ghost next-tasks).
- Open the routine panel for run history and deeper settings.
Key distinctions
- Work = present (what is running). Routines = future (what will fire).
- Product path is task-routines only (Timer chrome).
- Optional Blueprint pointer on fire — structured Work, still one routine type.
- Event reactions (form submitted, record changes) live under Automations — not on Routines.
